Color Matching The Charcoal Heather fabric is designed to closely match our 8.5 oz., 3-end fleece bottoms (IND20PNT/IND20SRT), making it easy to coordinate outfits. We recommend ordering samples to ensure the best color match before making bulk purchases, especially for screen printing purposes, as the heather colorways are not made of 100% cotton face yarn.
Please Note: Due to the unique composition of heather colorways, conducting your own testing prior to screen printing is advised to achieve the best results.
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and packaging.
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at shop@holyebondics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item.
- Packing & Sending: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all original tags. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Faulty or Damaged Items:

- Drying: Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry. If tumble drying, remove promptly to prevent excessive wrinkling. Avoid direct heat as it can cause shrinkage.
- Ironing: Iron on a low heat setting if necessary. Do not iron directly on any printed areas; use a pressing cloth or iron inside out to protect prints.
- Special Care: To prevent fading, turn the tee inside out before washing and drying.
For Hoodies:
- Washing: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors to protect the fleece material and any printed designs. Mild detergent is recommended.
- Drying: Air dry by hanging or lay flat to preserve the shape of the hoodie. If you must use a dryer, use a low heat setting and remove the hoodie as soon as the cycle is done.
- Ironing: If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly on any print or embroidery. Use a pressing cloth or iron the garment inside out.
- Special Care: Zip up all zippers to avoid snagging other fabrics; avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain the integrity of the fibers and dyes.
