Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date.

Products must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

The return must include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories or documentation.

Sale items, limited edition releases, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at shop@holyebondics.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, send you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Ship the Product Back: Package the item securely and send it back to us using the shipping method outlined in our return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
